We initially set off by using the Office UC App, which everyone downloaded to their mobile. This allowed business as usual to carry on. The big advantage with this and the HV System is that everyone gets their own Direct Dial number so a whole lot easier to set up Adviceline (one member of staff was already working from home so did not change their settings) with the usual protocols”.
