UPDATED DATA PRIVACY POLICY

From 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection (GDPR) regulation will come into practice.  Here we will specify the details and scope of our Privacy Policy and commitments to safeguarding personal data.
From the 25th of May 2018 thereafter, you will need to opt back into receiving communications from VS Group.  If you do not do this, we will no longer be able to contact you and we will remove your personal data from our repositories.
Once you opt back in, you can update your communications preferences with us at any time if you no longer wish to receive further communications from us.  Subsequently, we will remove all personal data from our databases thereafter.

When Do We Collect Personal Data?

On occasions, VS Group purchases data from brokers on grounds of Legitimate Interest, for marketing and sales purposes.
Maintaining integrity and trust is paramount at VS Group.  We implement the strictest measures in order to safeguard the repositories of personal information that we do possess.
VS Group will not, without your express consent, provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing, or any other reasons.
